Recovery Navigator Program:
Harm reduction program that will provide outreach and case management to individuals who are experiencing substance use problems, intersecting with law enforcement due to substance related crime, and/or have frequent criminal legal system contact because of unmet behavioral health needs.
What is Harm Reduction?
Harm reduction is a proactive and evidence-based approach to reduce the negative personal and public health impacts of behavior associated with substance use – it reduces harm to both individuals and the community.
