Becoming a Board Member
As a Board Member, you are asked to serve as a volunteer on a 5-15 member Governing Board. Duties include fiscal oversight of annual agency budgets and monthly financial statements, as well as oversight of policies and capital campaigns for Quality Behavioral Health (QBH), which provides services to eligible participants in Asotin and Garfield Counties.
QBH is looking for committed community members that have previous board experience, and/or experience in professions that would add value to the oversight of the Agency. The position requires a commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month. Community members that are interested in promoting accessible care to all county residents are encouraged to apply.
Quality Behavioral Health is a private non-profit corporation and provider member of the Greater Columbia Behavior Health Network. QBH has offices in both Clarkston and Pomeroy, and provides adults and children with: mental health counseling and case management; medication assessment and management; crisis assessment, intervention and hospitalization services; chemical dependency and substance abuse assessment and treatment services; and sexual assault treatment and educational services.
