Community Sexual Assault Program CSAP
The Sexual Assault and Abuse Program provides 24-hour Crisis Response, Medical and Legal Advocacy, Support and Referrals for assistance from other agencies. Victims of sexual assault have the right by law to have an advocate accompany them through medical, police, prosecutor and court proceedings or interviews.
This service is available for all survivors of sexual violence as well as their families. We have sexual assault counseling available to help victims and their families heal from sexual assault. All services are free and confidential.
The sexual assault program is also available to provide education to the community. We can provide information on sexual violence statistics and services as well as provide prevention activities. This service is free to anyone in the community.
The Sexual Assault Program is always looking for new advisory board members and volunteer advocates. For more information call Sara Kern at 509-769-6043.
