QBH accepts all Washington medical coupons and private insurances for Washington residents for mental health. Additionally, all Washington residents who are private pay or have private insurance and who meet access to care standards in mental health are eligible for services. At this time there is no sliding scale fee for Mental Health clients.

Chemically dependent patients who are Washington residents are eligible for sliding fee based on family size and household income.Client/Patients who reside outside of the state of Washington are not eligible for a sliding fee.

QBH has preferred provider agreements with Premera and Regence Blue Shield.
